Ms. Deborah D. McWhinney

Deborah McWhinney, now retired from Citibank as CEO of Global Enterprise Payments, had previously headed Citi Personal Banking and Wealth Management. She was global co-chair of Citi Women, which represented over 140,000 female employees.
Prior to joining Citi, McWhinney was president of Schwab Institutional, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. She joined Charles Schwab in 2001 and, in the following six years, served on its executive committee, the board of the Charles Schwab Bank, N.A., and was chair of the Global Risk Committee.
She had also served as an executive vice president at Visa International as well as group president for Engage Media Services (CMGI). Earlier in her career, McWhinney spent 17 years at Bank of America, where she worked in both corporate and retail banking.
McWhinney was appointed by former President George W. Bush to the board of directors of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) in 2002.
McWhinney serves on the boards of IHS Market, Borg Warner, Focus Financial, and Franklin Templeton ETF Funds, and is a trustee at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA). She received her degree from the University of Montana and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. She resides in New York City.
