Milton Chang (MS '65, PhD '69), of Incubic Management, is the author of Toward Entrepreneurship (www.miltonchang.com).
He was president of Newport Corporation and New Focus Inc., and is currently a director of MBio Diagnostics and Protein Fluidics. Chang is past president of the IEEE Photonics Society and the Laser Institute of America (LIA), and is a fellow of IEEE, LIA, and the Optical Society of America.
