David Lee is a co-founder and managing general partner of Clarity Partners. Lee was a co-founder of Global Crossing in 1997 and served as president and chief operating officer until early 2000, when he left to co-found Clarity Partners.
Lee serves as the chairman of the Getty Trust and also chairs the board of overseers of the USC Keck School of Medicine.
Lee is a graduate of McGill University and holds a doctorate in physics with a minor in economics from Caltech. Through a grant from the Lee Family Foundation, he has established a Center for Advanced Networking at both Caltech and at the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
